LOCAL TASTING TOUR

The Local Tasting Tour begins at a boutique brewery, where a range of natural beer is tasted (-if you don't like beer, gin or cider is available). A light lunch is enjoyed at one of Tauranga's top resataurnts, The White House before proceeding to The Wine Portfolio, for tastings from two award-winning ( Mills Reef & Leveret Estate) winery's products.The day finishes with a cocktail & dessert at Salinity Restaurant, overlooking our beautiful harbour. Pick up can be from the Port of Tauranga or local accommodation.

KWIZINE  TOUR

The tour picks you up from the Port of Tauranga & travels to a kiwifruit orchard where the industry is explained from planting to the beautiful edible fruit & export (& you will be able to taste the product), gives you an immersive experience, including a "walk & talk" tour & a tasting at a picturesque avocado orchard, provides you with a Fish & Chip lunch at a sea-side village, takes you up to the Minden Lookout where you have a marvelous view of the Coastal Bay of Plenty ( -on a clear day you can see an active volcano, White Island) and takes you to either BeeNZ for a honey tasting & factory tour (Monday-Friday) OR visits an award winning dessert venue to taste one of their desserts (Saturday-Sunday). We then return to port driving alongside beautiful Mt Maunganui beach, which we consider to be the best beach in the Southern Hemisphere.

This tour can also have pick-ups/returns to/from local accommodation.

COST:  $195.00pp.   Includes transport, tastings, fish & chip lunch, avocado tour, honey tasting &tour OR dessert, Minden Lookout.
